Follow our many activities on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/flowfactory-ai\/posts\/?feedView=all\">LinkedIn<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Research contributions extend beyond academia and inform<strong> public policy<\/strong> worldwide. According to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/policyprofiles.sagepub.com\/profile\/22898\/jan-vom brocke\">SagePolicy Profiles<\/a>, my work has been referenced in policy documents across more than 20 countries, spanning Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia.<\/li>\n<li>As <a href=\"https:\/\/aisnet.org\">President-Elect of the AIS<\/a>, I am advancing the communication of academic research into accessible insights for practice and the public, strengthening digital literacy and digital sovereignty. I initiated <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ais-insights.ai\/\">AIS Insights<\/a><\/strong> an AI-enabled platform that transforms Information Systems research into executive summaries and audio formats in eleven global languages since 2026.<\/li>\n<li>I actively engage in the design and delivery of <strong>lifelong learning programs<\/strong> to create impact for organizations and society, working in close and continuous dialogue with practice. For more than 15 years, I have been involved in executive education at the <a href=\"https:\/\/es.unisg.ch\/en\/\">Executive School<\/a> of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unisg.ch\">University of St. Gallen<\/a> <\/strong>(Switzerland), teaching Business Process Management in the Executive Master in Business Engineering and the Executive Program on Innovation through IT.<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span lang=\"EN-AU\">As an <a href=\"https:\/\/cisr.mit.edu\/content\/research\">Academic Research<\/a> Fellow at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cisr.mit.edu\">MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)<\/a><\/strong>, I engage globally with organizations to shape research that matters.
