- Research contributions extend beyond academia and inform public policy worldwide. According to SagePolicy Profiles, my work has been referenced in policy documents across more than 20 countries, spanning Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia.
- As President-Elect of the AIS, I am advancing the communication of academic research into accessible insights for practice and the public, strengthening digital literacy and digital sovereignty. I initiated AIS Insights an AI-enabled platform that transforms Information Systems research into executive summaries and audio formats in eleven global languages since 2026.
- I actively engage in the design and delivery of lifelong learning programs to create impact for organizations and society, working in close and continuous dialogue with practice. For more than 15 years, I have been involved in executive education at the Executive School of the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), teaching Business Process Management in the Executive Master in Business Engineering and the Executive Program on Innovation through IT.
